Emergencies

At B Dental we will see patients with dental pain as priority.  We have access slots available throughout the day for emergency patients.

Please call us as soon as possible to enable us to make an appointment for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Please bear in mind a late cancellation or failure to attend denies or may delay another patient from their treatment and wastes the dentist’s valuable time.

Any Patient failing to attend an appointment will only be given a new appointment at the discretion of the dentist and practice manager concerned.   Please contact the practice for a full explanation of our ‘fail to attend and late cancellation policy’.
